分別以炭黑、甲基丙烯酸鋅(ZDMA)及兩者并用為增強劑填充氫化丁睛稼膠(HNBR)，研究了HNBR混煉膠的硫化特征，考察了增強劑種類、炭黑與ZDMA并用比、溫度對HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠物理機械性能的影響，并評價了用ZDMA/炭黑增強HNBR制得的封隔器膠筒的高溫高壓密封性能。結果表明，相比炭黑，ZDMA增強HNBR混煉膠的焦燒時間和正硫化時間均大幅度縮短，最大轉矩大幅度提高;常溫下炭黑的粒徑越小，其填充HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的物理機械性能越好，但劣于ZDMA填充HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠，ZDMA/炭黑填充HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的拉伸強度比純ZDMA填充HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠低，但同時永久變形也降低;在高溫下，ZDMA/炭黑增強HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的拉伸強度和撕裂強度具有較高的保持率，且隨著溫度的升高，降低速率低于純ZDMA增強HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠，但前者的拉斷伸長率高于后者，而永久變形小于后者;ZDMA/炭黑增強HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠具有優(yōu)異的耐熱空氣老化性能，且以其制得的封隔器膠筒能夠在180 ℃30MPa的壓差下保持較好的密封效果。

氫化丁睛橡膠(HNBR)是丁睛橡膠經(jīng)過選擇性加氫變成具有飽和結構的特種聚合物，它既具有優(yōu)異的耐油和耐熱性能，又表現(xiàn)出更高的拉伸強度和耐磨性能，在采油工程中逐漸得到廣泛應用。在HNBR的加工與性能研究中常用的增強劑為炭黑，其價格便宜，但用其增強的HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的耐熱空氣老化性能較差。而改性蒙脫土由于其具有層狀硅酸鹽結構的特點，用其填充的膠料在加工過程中難以排除氣泡，且增強效果不太顯著。近年來，新型增強劑如甲基丙烯酸鋅(ZDMA)、改性蒙脫土對HNBR的增強研究受到廣泛關注, ZDMA的增強效果較好，但成本較高，且溫度ZDMA增強HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠性能的影響研究鮮見報道。http://pingjia100.com/
