       自制硅材耐候MS密封膠的綜合性能，根據(jù)I述分析，采用純度PUMS(小分子物質(zhì)含碳少)為占聚合物，納米Ca(U和輕質(zhì)CaCO，復(fù)配體系為擺1料，加人10份自制活比增塑劑，再加人計(jì)好的MoS,tI烷偶聯(lián)JDE3'I'DI等，在雙行星攪拌釜中抽真空混合均勻，制得硅酮石材耐候MS密封膠)按!n標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GR/'1'23261-2009的規(guī)定，測(cè)得自制硅酮石材耐候MS密封膠的綜合性能。

       分析表3中的數(shù)據(jù)一以發(fā)現(xiàn)，按優(yōu)化配力一所制得的硅酮石材耐候MS密封膠綜合性能能夠滿足從至超過(guò)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/I'23261-2009的要求、自制硅酮石材耐候MS密封膠耐污染性能驗(yàn)證采用本文制備的硅酮石材耐候MS密封膠分別與不同的大理石、花崗巖制成工型試件刀個(gè)按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)引23261-2009中的規(guī)定進(jìn)行污染性檢測(cè)，測(cè)試結(jié)果見圖2，詳細(xì)數(shù)據(jù)見表。

       分析及表4中的結(jié)果可以發(fā)現(xiàn)，本文制備的硅酮石材耐候MS密封膠對(duì)被測(cè)的花崗巖和大理石均不造成污染，污染性檢測(cè)結(jié)果為無(wú)污染。

       1)選用高純度PDMS產(chǎn)品(揮發(fā)物質(zhì)含量較低)，能夠改善硅酮石材耐候MS密封膠的耐污染性。

       2)輕質(zhì)CaCO對(duì)硅酮石材耐候MS密封膠的耐污染性能貢獻(xiàn)最大，其次是重質(zhì)活性CaC03，最差是重質(zhì)CaG03。

       3)采用自制的活性增塑劑能夠改善硅酮石材耐候MS密封膠的擠出性能，制得力學(xué)性能和污染性均滿足標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T22261-2009要求的高性能石材耐候MS密封膠。http://pingjia100.com/
