再粘結(jié)試片制備方法如下:切取既有的聚氨酯密封膠，用刀具將其切割成表4中6LJ06B號(hào)所述寬厚尺寸，長為a8的試樣，用聚氨酯密封膠(最大強(qiáng)度口重新粘結(jié)制得型片，聚氨酯密封膠再粘結(jié)層總厚度小于G4必要時(shí)可采用底涂增強(qiáng)粘結(jié)面的粘結(jié)性能，如圖G所示。建筑用聚氨酯密封膠中規(guī)定，在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn)條件溫度(BMB，相對(duì)濕度下養(yǎng)護(hù)B(拉伸粘結(jié)性實(shí)驗(yàn)采用萬能拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)進(jìn)行測(cè)試。結(jié)果與討論不同寬口厚尺寸對(duì)聚氨酯密封膠拉伸粘結(jié)性的影響;寬度尺寸變化對(duì)聚氨酯密封膠性能的影響取養(yǎng)護(hù)P的試片，將同尺寸同條件下的試片測(cè)試結(jié)果取平均值，處理結(jié)果如表M圖BflM所示。

從圖B和圖M可以看出，與其他M組相比，P組試片寬度和厚度尺寸較大，最大強(qiáng)度及最大強(qiáng)度伸長率明顯偏小，這說明該寬度和厚度是不合適的，也不符合聚氨酯密封膠膠縫設(shè)計(jì)要求口在CM組中，厚度不變時(shí)，聚氨酯密封膠試片最大強(qiáng)度隨寬度變化有一些變化，但變化不明顯，其中a組極差最大，為但厚度不變時(shí)，聚氨酯密封膠試片最大強(qiáng)度伸長率隨寬度變化較大，其中a組極差最大。厚度尺寸變化對(duì)聚氨酯密封膠性能的影響取養(yǎng)護(hù)%的試片，將同尺寸同條件下的試片測(cè)試結(jié)果取平均值，處理結(jié)果如表翎圖。http://pingjia100.com/
