以低相對分子質(zhì)量的聚醋多元醇、異氰酸醋三聚體、含活性氫的硅烷偶聯(lián)劑為原料，合成了一種用于促進(jìn)汽車檔風(fēng)玻璃與聚氨酯密封膠密封粘接的底涂劑，探討了聚醋多元醇合成的預(yù)聚體加入量和硅烷偶聯(lián)劑加入量對底涂劑性能的影響。結(jié)果表明，制成的底涂劑有較快的表干時間，并對玻璃基材和聚氨酯密封膠都具有優(yōu)異的粘接力。

進(jìn)人21世紀(jì)后，中國的汽車工業(yè)進(jìn)人了穩(wěn)定快速的發(fā)展時期，汽車產(chǎn)銷量已躍居世界第一位�，F(xiàn)在汽車擋風(fēng)玻璃普遍采用單組分濕固化的聚氨酯密封膠粘接密封。全世界幾乎90%生產(chǎn)的汽車擋風(fēng)玻璃采用直接上玻璃工藝，美、歐、日則完全使用膠粘劑粘接汽車擋風(fēng)玻璃川。這種設(shè)計不但可以提高車體的密封性能和可靠性，而且可以減輕車體自重。

為了保障行車及突發(fā)事件時的安全，要求密封膠與基材的粘接在破壞試驗時達(dá)到完全內(nèi)聚破壞。在玻璃與聚氨酷密封膠之間涂刷一層底涂劑是目前最常用的辦法。這就要求底涂劑對玻璃和聚氨酯密封膠都具有很好的粘接力，并能在15 min內(nèi)完成表干以適應(yīng)車廠裝配線的要求等先后發(fā)表過相關(guān)的專利，對于底涂劑的研發(fā)思路和性能提出了各自的見解。

本研發(fā)采用低相對分子質(zhì)量的聚醋多元醇與脂肪族二異氰酸醋反應(yīng)先制得聚氨醋預(yù)聚體溶液，用HDI三聚體和KH-590按比例混合攪拌制得一種同時含有硅甲氧基和異氰酸醋官能團(tuán)的反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物(YP_2)，再將預(yù)聚體溶液、YP-2、乙酸乙醋、炭黑、二月桂酸二丁基錫(T-12)一起進(jìn)行球磨，制得聚氨酷密封膠底涂劑。該底涂劑不但使聚氨酯密封膠與玻璃基材牢固粘接，而且具有優(yōu)異的成膜性能，實現(xiàn)了漆膜的快速表干，以滿足車廠流水線裝配。http://pingjia100.com/
