(1)綜合考慮塑性變形和后續(xù)溶解對(duì)密封性能的影響，防突環(huán)的材料選用鎂鋁合金材料，防突環(huán)的開槽數(shù)為4、防突環(huán)數(shù)量為2時(shí)密封效果最好。

(2)硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒長(zhǎng)度將對(duì)密封壓力產(chǎn)生顯著的影響。隨著中間硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒長(zhǎng)度的增加，最小密封壓力整體呈先增大后減小的趨勢(shì)，綜合考慮固井滑套的實(shí)際應(yīng)用需求，建議中間硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒的長(zhǎng)度為125 mm。

(3)硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒的不同開孔形狀會(huì)對(duì)硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒密封性能產(chǎn)生顯著的影響。綜合考慮密封壓力、加工性能以及經(jīng)濟(jì)性等，半圓形開孔的密封效果最佳。開孔半徑也會(huì)對(duì)密封壓力產(chǎn)生影響，當(dāng)半圓形開孔半徑為3一5 mm時(shí)密封壓力高，密封效果最好。http://pingjia100.com/
