結(jié)合圖15,16可知，中MS密封膠膠筒長(zhǎng)度優(yōu)選范圍為125mm左右，可根據(jù)實(shí)際情況合理選擇MS密封膠膠筒長(zhǎng)度。

MS密封膠膠筒在靠近加載端的應(yīng)力最大，分布不均勻，中MS密封膠膠筒和下MS密封膠膠筒應(yīng)力較小，在靠近中心管的一側(cè)開孔可使MS密封膠膠筒和井壁更加貼合。文中提出了3種中間MS密封膠膠筒開孔形狀，即半圓形、矩形和三角形，分別對(duì)3種形狀進(jìn)行有限元分析，并與常規(guī)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行對(duì)比，結(jié)果如圖17所示。

從圖中可以看出，3種開孔形狀MS密封膠膠筒的圓周接觸應(yīng)力均大于不開孔的常規(guī)MS密封膠膠筒，最小密封壓力也大于不開孔的常規(guī)MS密封膠膠筒，說明開孔結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)于密封性能均有所提高，其中半圓形孔的最小密封壓力最大，矩形次之，三角形最小。圖表示不同的開孔形狀下軸向壓縮距離的變化，隨著時(shí)間的推移，壓縮距離在不斷增加，其中沒有開孔的MS密封膠膠筒壓縮行程均小于開孔MS密封膠膠筒，綜合考慮MS密封膠膠筒的密封性能、橡膠的加工等，選擇開孔形狀為半圓形。

為進(jìn)一步探究開孔半徑對(duì)MS密封膠膠筒密封性能的影響，以半圓形開孔為例，分別對(duì)半徑為。3,5,8,10mm的MS密封膠膠筒進(jìn)行了有限元分析，結(jié)果如圖18,19所示。從圖18中可以看出，開孔半徑為3mm時(shí)的最小密封壓力最大可達(dá)77.19MPa;開孔半徑為5mm時(shí)最小密封壓力可達(dá)75.34MPa，最小密封壓力呈先增大后減小的趨勢(shì)。http://pingjia100.com/
