在確定防突環(huán)材料和開槽個數(shù)的基礎上,探究了防突環(huán)數(shù)量b對丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒密封的影響。防突環(huán)數(shù)量決定了其塑性和變形程度,因此分別對防突環(huán)數(shù)量為1,2,3時對丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒密封的影響進行了有限元分析,結(jié)果如圖所示。從圖中可以看出,防突環(huán)數(shù)量為2和3時最小密封壓力差別很不明顯,密封效果相差不大。圖表示在整個加壓過程中丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒的壓縮距離變化,防突環(huán)數(shù)量為2和3時壓縮距離幾乎相等,防突環(huán)數(shù)量為1時壓縮距離最大。因此綜合圖中結(jié)果,防突環(huán)數(shù)量b為2和3密封性能接近,但考慮節(jié)約材料成本等因素選擇b=2更合適。http://pingjia100.com/
